Help us get the party started on time! Please plan to arrive no later than 4:00 PM to ensure everyone can be seated by our planned start time of 4:30 PM.

The venue is easy to find. While the venue has a Bloomington address, it is actually in Brown County, Indiana. The venue is roughly 10 minutes outside of Bloomington city limits. If you take SR 46 eastbound from Bloomington, you would turn southbound on TC Steele Rd from SR 46, then shortly after that, turn westbound on E Kent Rd. GPS will show the address just short of the actual venue spot. Continue straight. There will be a sign for The Wilds with a gravel road that you will need to turn onto. Take this gravel road and proceed to the back of the venue where there will be a large parking area. And yes, parking is free!

The ceremony will take place outside under a pavilion. The reception will take place both inside and outside, weather permitting. The ceremony area is paved, so you don't have to worry about shoes getting dirty or muddy.

We hope for warm temperatures as well as clear and sunny skies, but it is Indiana... (You never know). The outside space of the venue is covered. With anything more than a very light mist, the venue is prepared to have the ceremony indoors. Rain or shine, the show must go on!

Although, we would love to see everyone, especially the kiddos, the venue only has a finite amount of space. With this being said, all children will be limited strictly to invitation only.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Anyone without an invitation will be declined entry to the venue.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, please feel free to grab a drink from the bar in the reception area and enjoy catching up with other family or friends.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony.

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be light snacks provided. At this time, there will be a bar open for anyone 21 years of age and older. Water and lemonade will also be available to everyone. Once the reception begins, we will be having a buffet style dinner, and will continue to have the bar open for our guests.

The event is formal. Dress your best and come to celebrate! Please, avoid jeans and save white for the bride!

We will have a shuttle going to the venue from The Graduate Hotel in downtown Bloomington. We will also have a shuttle that goes back to The Graduate Hotel after the reception. Reservations for the shuttle service must be made with Cam and/or Becca. Shuttle costs of $20 per person, each way, will apply. Please note: Uber is available to the venue from Bloomington, but it is very unlikely that Uber will come to the venue after the reception. However, you could still use the shuttle service after the reception to get back to downtown Bloomington, then Uber from there.

Yes. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight, however they must be removed from the venue parking lot no later than 09:00 AM on 06/21/2024. All gusts will be responsible for their own vehicles. If your vehicle is left at the venue past 09:00 AM the following day, the venue reserves the right to have that vehicle towed.

Yes. The venue has easy access for all guests.
